ValetNow received rave reviews from Ruth’s Chris staff and customers during the product’s debut at the high-end Dallas steak house in May 2011. In partnership with FreedomPark Valet Services, ValetNow greeted customers with the first-of-its-kind, no-wait valet parking. The prototype worked as designed, and yielded valuable insight for re-engineering of the eventual production units.

Building on the success of the prototype, Valet Concepts LLC is now releasing production units to the valet market and to customers of valet services, including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and country clubs.

About the products launch, Valet Concepts’ president Ken Kundmueller says, “After months and months of design and development we were naturally a little apprehensive about the debut. The response was so overwhelmingly positive that we immediately jumped into full scale production and marketing.”
